Essential Qualification and Experience

• The applicant should hold a Graduate degree in law and should have experience of practice in session court for 5 years or High court for 3 years or Supreme Court for 2 years.
• Desirable: The applicant should have domain knowledge of various Indian Penal Code (IPC) / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Laws of India.
