Essential Qualification and Experience

  • The candidate must be a retired Central/State Government/PSU/Autonomous/Statutory Body official.
  • The candidate possesses LL.B. degree from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Should be net-savvy with good exposure and ability to work in a computerized environment.
  • The consultant should have good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong flare for noting and drafting.
  • Should have retired from a post/grade carrying Pay Level/scale equivalent to Level-10 (CDA) or above.
  • Should have Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in Drafting/Vetting/Execution of Legal Documents, Agreements, Contracts, MOUs, filing before courts etc., with legal due diligence. Must have core competence in areas of analysing various legal/commercial documents.
  • In depth knowledge and expertise of applicable Corporate/Commercial Legislations, Company Law, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Banking laws Civil/Criminal matters, Administrative and Service matters, and Arbitration matters etc.
