• Officers retired from Central Government or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Court or Tribunals or District Courts or Statutory/Autonomous bodies or Judge Advocate General Branch of Army, Navy & Air Force and other similar institutions in level 13 or above.
• Holding degree in law from a recognised University.
