Essential Qualification and Experience
· Candidate should have LL.B. (undergraduate law degree) from a recognized university in India with 7+ years of legal experience.
· Competence in a broad range of corporate, legal compliance, and business laws.
· Company Secretarial certification and practice experience in India.
· Preferred: (a) Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work, (b) Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities, (c) Organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet stringent deadlines, and (d) Demonstrated ability to analyze and assess business processes/products, spot issues and structure practical solutions.
