Essential Qualification and Experience

• Master's degree in human resources / personnel management / MBA / CA / CS / LL.B.
• Experience in conducting ethics inquiries.
• Excellent drafting and communication skill.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading Ethics Case Inquiries: (a) Develop inquiry approach and methodology, (b) Conduct investigations and prepare detailed report, (c) Implement recommended actions and ensure timely follow-up, and (d) Manage stakeholder communication throughout the process
• Program Governance & Reporting: (a) Prepare presentations for governing bodies on program status and outcomes, and (b) Develop Dashboards for regular updates and reporting to ethics leaderships
• Training & Awareness: (a) Design and develop training content tailored for different organizational levels, (b) Deliver training sessions across geographies under India, and (c) Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance.
• Program Monitoring & Compliance: (a) Oversee implementation and adherence to ethics and compliance programs, and (b) Track progress and address gaps proactively.
• POSH Portfolio Management: (a) Maintain and update POSH policies, (b) Develop and conduct POSH training programs, (c) Ensure compliance with POSH requirements, and (d) Support Internal Committee (IC) during inquiries and case handling.
