Essential Qualification and Experience

Bihar

• The Advocate should have a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University in India.
• The Advocate should be enrolled/ registered as an advocate with a Bar Council of India/ State Bar Council.
• The Advocates applying for empanelment in High Court are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of at least 10 (Ten) years in High Court(s) as on 01.07.2026.
• The Advocates applying for empanelment in EI Court are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of at least 05(Five) years in Various Courts/Tribunals as on 01.07.2026.
• The Advocates applying for empanelment in CAT and Other Tribunals are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of minimum 10 years in High Court, CAT and Other Tribunals as on 01.07.2026.
• The Advocates applying for empanelment in Civil Courts are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of at least 05(Five) years in Various Courts/Tribunals as on 01.07.2026.

Maharashtra

• The Advocate should have a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University in India.
• The Advocate should be enrolled/ registered as an advocate with a Bar Council of India/ Sate Bar Council.
• The Advocates applying for empanelment in High Court are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of at least 10 (Ten) years in High Court(s) as on 01.07.2026.
• The Advocates applying for empanelment in EI Court are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of at least 05(Five) years in Various Courts/Tribunals as on 01.07.2026.
• The Advocates applying for empanelment in CAT and Various Other Courts/ Tribunals are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of minimum 10 years in High Court, CAT and Various Other Courts/Tribunals as on 01.07.2026.
• The Advocates applying for empanelment in MM Court are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of at least 05 (Five) years in Various Courts/Tribunals as on 01.07.2026.
• However, the Regional Director, RO-Maharashtra may relax the experience or prescribe any other additional qualification or condition as may be deemed fit.

Rajasthan

• The applicant must possess at least a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University in India
• The applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India and must be in active practice at bar and should have handled Labour Law related cased and should be well versed with the ESI Act as well as other related Acts and Codes. They should not be handling any case at present against the Corporation.
• The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience for Hon'ble High Courts and various benches of Hon'ble CAT. However, for district level Courts and other forums, the applicant should have a minimum of 05 years of professional experience. The required experience may be specified in the advertisement depending upon the nature of court.
• The applicant should have sound professional reputation, good communication skills and adequate office infrastructure such as accessible office/chamber, staff and communication facilities.
