Empanelment Of Advocates For Block Year 2025-28 At Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)
Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) invites application for engaging Panel Counsel(s) for BlockYear2025-28 to represent the Central Board, EPF before the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi and Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), New Delhi.

Essential Qualification and Experience
- Law firms can also apply for empanelment. The firm shall ensure that there is no conflict of interest in matters they are contesting for EPFO.
- The Advocate should have a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.
- The Advocate should be enrolled/ registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.
- For Supreme Court, the Advocate should be registered as an Advocates-on Record.
- The Advocates are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of minimum 7 years for High Courts and other Courts in the State. For Supreme Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, NCLT a minimum of 10 years' experience shall be required.
How to apply?
- Interested candidates are required to submit in their application in the prescribed format and shall submit it to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I (Legal), Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Head Office, NBCC Tower, Block – 2, Plate A, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi- 110023 within 15 days from the issue of notification i.e., 16.01.2026
- The envelope should be superscribed as following: “Application for Empanelment of Advocate for Supreme Court of India, New Delhi and Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), NewDelhi."
- The scanned copy of application along with annexures may be sent via e-mail at rpfc.legal@epfndia.gov.in followed by sending of the same by post.
