Essential Qualifications and Experience

Executive Director (Law)

  • Law Degree from a recognized University.
  • Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR With 2 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level–13A (7th CPC)/ Grade Pay Rs 8900/- (6th CPC) OR With 3 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level 13 (7th CPC)/ Grade Pay Rs 8700/- (6th CPC).
  • Desirable: Experience of handling legal matters in a senior position in Central Government / State Government / PSU involving administrative, commercial and contract law and Experience in drafting statutes and/or legislation.

Joint Director (Law)

  • Law Degree from a recognized University / Law School.
  • Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR With 2 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level–12 (7th CPC)/ Grade Pay Rs 7600/-(6th CPC) OR With 5 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level–11 (7th CPC)/ Grade Pay Rs 6600/-(6th CPC).
  • Desirable: Experience in regulatory laws.2. Knowledge of the Power Sector, Experience in contract / administrative law, and Experience in handling litigations.

Deputy Director (Law)

  • Law Degree from a recognized University / Law School.
  • Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR With 3 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level–10 (7th CPC)/ Grade Pay Rs 5400/-(6th CPC) OR With 5 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level–8 (7th CPC)/ Grade Pay Rs 4800/-(6th CPC) OR With 8 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level–6 (7th CPC)/ Grade Pay Rs 4200/-(6th CPC).
  • Desirable: Experience of handling legal matters in a middle-level position in Central Government / State Government / PSU involving administrative, commercial and contract law and Experience in drafting statutes and/or legislations.
