Essential Qualification and Experience

Executive Director (Law)

  • Law Degree from a recognized University.
  • Experience of handling legal matters in a senior position in Central Government / State Government / PSU involving administrative, commercial and contract law.
  • Experience in drafting statutes and/or legislation.

Joint Director (Law)

  • Law Degree from a recognized University / Law School.
  • Experience in regulatory laws.
  • Knowledge of the Power Sector.
  • Experience in contract / administrative law.
  • Experience in handling litigations.

Deputy Director (Law)

  • Law Degree from a recognized University / Law School.
  • Experience of handling legal matters in a middlelevel position in Central Government / State Government / PSU involving administrative, commercial and contract law.
  • Experience in drafting statutes and/or legislations
