Essential Qualification and Experience

• Member of ICSI in good standing.
• 15-18+ years of post-qualification experience in insurance/ financial services or large JVs including Board Facing roles.
• Preferred: (a) LL.B. and LL.M. (Corporate/ Commercial), (b) prior experience with multi-shareholder JV government and foreign shareholder coordination, insurance companies and debt listed entities, (c) Exposure to IRDAI regulatory interface and corporate actions in FDI-regulated sectors, and (d) Track record of managing Secretarial Audit, Board evaluations, and SHA obligations.
