Essential Qualification and Experience

• Full time regular bachelor's degree in law with minimum 50% marks from recognized University/Institute in India.
• Experience in handling Arbitrations (including commercial arbitration) & Conciliation matters, Industrial/Labour/Commercial Law matters and other dispute resolution mechanisms. b) Drafting & Vetting various Legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters pertaining to Land Acquisition, Contractual disputes, Service and Regulatory matters etc. c) Handling litigation before various judicial and quasijudicial forums.
• Desirable Educational Qualification: a) Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their law degree from reputed universities such as NLUs, Delhi University, Allahabad University, etc. b) master's degree in law (LLM).
• Desirable Experience: Experience in the Construction/Infrastructure sector will be preferred.
