Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree of LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized University and/or Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India.

• Minimum 3 years of experience injudicial or legal work, in Supreme Court, High Court or any other Court.

• Government or Regulatory Authority or Tribunal and/or in corporate sector having experience of handling Civil and Criminal matters.
