Essential Qualification and Experience

• Law Graduate registered by UP State Bar Council
• Minimum 10 years of practicing Criminal Law.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Criminal Law, deep understanding of ethical duties of a defense lawyer and ability to work effectively.
• Experience of at least 20 criminal trials (including appeals) in Supreme Court.
• Computer and Technical knowledge.
