Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have post qualification experience of 2-3 years.

• Should have experience in Real Estate Disputes, Banking Disputes, Cheque Bounce Disputes at UP RERA, Haryana RERA, DRT, District Courts and should draft, file and appear before courts across Delhi.

• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills and legal acumen is a pre-requisite.

• Candidate must have an analytical bent of mind and should be willing to work in a demanding environment and the areas of law being practised by the Firm, time in the work should not be a constraint.
