Essential Qualification and Experience
• Candidate should be a Law Graduate and charter holder from a recognised university.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience for the post of Legal Director or 5 years or more experience in trail of criminal cases will be considered for the post of Legal Director.
• The candidate should have through knowledge of the training course (Criminal Laws) of the concerned post and be capable of imparting in the concerned law (preference will be given to candidates practicing Criminal Law).
• Candidate should have knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English Language.
• Computer training required and must have passed MSCIT; Or
• A person who was directly involved in legal matters while in government service and who has a thorough knowledge of criminal administrative service laws. A person having knowledge of contemporary law as laid down by the Supreme Court will be considered in Government service only for experience.
