Essential Qualification and Experience
- A Post Graduate degree in Law
- Officers under the Central Government:
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or;
- With 3 years of regular service in the Level -12 (Rs. 78,800-2, 09,200/-) of pay matrix or pre-revised PB.-3, Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/-.
- With 8 years of regular service in the Level -11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700/-) of pay matrix or pre-revised PB.-3, Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/-
- Having dealt with policy matters relating to Regulatory Commission, thorough knowledge and understanding of the electricity sector, especially regulatory reforms.
