Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority invites applications for the post of Junior Legal Consultant for Mumbai and Pune office.
Name of the Post: Junior Legal Consultant
No. of Post: 02 (Two) each for Mumbai and Pune
Age Limit: 38 Years
Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/- month
Essential Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- At least 02 years or more experience as a legal advisor or 02 years or more experience of practicing as an Advocate in Government/ Semi-Government/ Government undertakings, Corporations etc, or in a similar position or in a court of law; Or
- At least one year of work experience at Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (after passing the graduation exam).
- Proficiency in operating a computer and good skills in drafting legal matters.
