Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university in India.

• Must be admitted to practice in law and must have knowledge of computer skills at CCC+ Level.

• At least 5 years of experience as a practicing advocate out of which 3 years of experience of advocacy in the High Court or on behalf of the government department/ departmental offices.

• Three years of experience of defense work in Supreme/ High Court cases.
