Age Limit: 50 Years
Essential Qualification and Experience
- Law (Special) Degree or H.S.C. degree obtained by passing a five-year law course from a university established under the Act of the Central or State Government or Law Degree obtained under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956.
- Basic Knowledge of computer usage as mentioned in Gujarat Civil Servant classification and recruitment (General) Rules-1967.
- Sufficient knowledge of Gujarati and/or Hindi.
- Five years of experience as an Advocates or Attorney or Government Lawyers in the High Court; or Five years of experience as an Advocate or Attorney or Government counsel in a court subordinate to the High Court; or Five years of experience in legal matters in a local government body or a government-owned board/corporation or a company limited established under the Act.
