Essential Qualification and Experience
- The Candidate should have possessed a bachelor's or master's degree in law from a recognized University and should be registered with Bar Council of India.
- Having at least ten years of experience in the field of dealing with legal matters preferably service matter cases/cases related to educational institutions.
- Law officer/Retired Judge/District Attorney/Addl. District Attorney Serving/retired from Centre/State Government/Senior Judiciary Service/Public Sector Undertaking can only apply.
