National Institute of Technology, Agartala invites application for the post of Legal Advisor on Contract/ Sitting Fee Basis.
Name of the Post: Legal Advisor
Essential Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized University.
- Enrolment as an Advocate with a State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.
- Minimum 10 years' standing at the Bar as on the last date of application.
- Retired/working personnel with experience of 20 years and more will be preferred.
- Desirable Experience: (a) Experience in handling matters relating to Central Govt. Institution Autonomous Bodies, Universities, IITs, NITs, IIITs, PSUS, or similar organizations. (b) Experience in service law, administrative law, constitutional law, Contract law, labour law, arbitration, and educational institution-related matters. (c) Experience of appearance before the Hon'ble High Court and other judicial forums.
