Essential Qualification and Experience
- Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration or autonomous body or statutory organisation or public sector undertakings, a. (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with a minimum of six years of regular service, in the grade rendered after appointment to the post on regular basis in level 5 (Rs.29200-92300) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
- Bachelor's degree in law from a recognised university; and with three years' experience in the relevant field (Law), including in Consumer Law.
- Desirable: i. working experience in dealing with regulatory authority or statutory bodies or other Government Institutions; ii. working knowledge of computer and skill in typing.
