Salary: Rs. 3.25 - 3.60 CTC
Essential Qualification and Experience
- LLB (3 year or 5 year) is a must. LLM preferred.
· Candidate with minimum of 1 year of experience.
· Excellent academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills are required.
· Experience working in other IP Law Firm(s) or in-house.
· Well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated attorney.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council.

Job Description
- Appearing before the various Courts and tribunals.
· Experience in Drafting and pleadings.
· Legal Research.
· Briefing Junior & Senior Counsel.
· Experience in Drafting Notices.
· Associate in handling trademarks, designs and copyrights litigation/prosecution.
· Providing Legal & Technical Advice.
· Assisting senior team members in allied matters.
- Prosecution drafting is a must.
