Nature of Practice: MCO Legals is a full-service law firm with its presence in different cities. The firm primarily focusses on Litigation and Corporate & Commercial Arbitration alongwith Due Diligence and General Advisory.
Essential Qualification and Experience
- Practicing Advocates enrolled with Bar Council of West Bengal.
- Candidate must also hold experience of 2 to 3 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kolkata.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The candidate must have a flair for research, expertise in drafting, good communication skills and knowledge in litigation and arbitration.
