Essential Qualification and Experience

· Graduate in Law (bachelor's in law /master's in law) with 2-10 Years of experience in conveyancing area/real estate contracts.

· Conveyancing knowledge and experience of handling real estate contracts.

· Knowledge in contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, lease management.

· Technical: (a) Hands-on experience on different Tools like SAP, Salesforce, Docusign, Adobesign, (b) Expertise in MS Office- Excel and Power point, and (c) Prior experience in drafting vendor and customer facing contracts.

· Behavioural: (a) Good analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, customer centricity, (b) Good written and verbal communication skills, (c) Should be willing to accept challenges, and (d) Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
