Essential Qualification and Experience
• Graduate and chartered in law from a recognized university.
• An office of the rank of District Judge, Retired Additional District Judge, Retired First Class Judicial Magistrate or Joint Secretary/ Deputy Secretary/ Under Secretary retired from the law and Justice Department should have retired from this government service.
• Candidate should be knowledgeable in forestry, criminal and civil services and establishments and labour matters.
• Should have adequate knowledge Marathi, Hindi and English language.
