Essential Qualification and Experience
- The candidate shall be a law graduate from a recognized university with minimum 5 years of experience in the legal profession.
- The candidate must have knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English language; or
- A person who has directly handled legal matters while in government service and who has a thorough knowledge of criminal, administrative and service laws as well as the contemporary law established by the Hon'ble Supreme Court will be considered for Government service only for experience.
