Essential Qualification and Experience
- The candidate should possess the bachelor's in law (LL.B.) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University and/ or Institute in India duly recognized by the Bar Council of India with minimum 60% marks. 2. Candidate should be registered in Bar Council anywhere in India.
- Desirable Qualification: Master of Laws and higher qualification will be preferred.
- Post qualification of 3 Years' experience in Legal work experience in Central Govt./State/ PSU/Statutory Body/reputed non-government organization.
- The candidate should possess thorough knowledge of laws pertaining to corporate, commercial, labor and industrial, taxation, land acquisition, contract and arbitration etc.
- Preference: The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Computer applications such as MS word, MS Excel, Power point etc. are essential.
