Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidates must have a Degree in Law from a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.

• Candidates must have experience in practising on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 7 years.

• A total number of cases were conducted independently and jointly.

• Judgment of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted.

• Previous experiences, if any, as Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or Asst. Public Prosecutor.

• General reputation in terms of integrity and professional efficiency.
