The Union Territory of Puducherry Child Protection Society (UTPCPS) a unit of the Department of Women and Child Development, Puducherry invites applications for the post of Chairman and Member in Child Welfare Committees (CWCs) & Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs) in Mahe & Yanam regions of Puducherry.

Essential Qualification and Experience

Chairperson & Members of Child Welfare Committee (CWC)

• A degree in child psychology or psychiatry or social work or sociology or human development or in the field of law or a retired judicial officer. Shall have at least 7 years of experience in working with children in the field of education, health, or welfare activities.

Members of Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs)

• A degree in child psychology or psychiatry or social work or sociology or human development or in the field of law or a retired judicial officer. Shall have at least 7 years of experience in working with children in the field of education, health, or welfare activities.
