Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in law from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years experience of working in a legal department of a Company preferably a PSU.
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in commercial litigation, Arbitration and Mediation, telecom regulatory and licensing laws, service matters including labour issues, RTI, Consumer Protection law.
- Excellent analytical skills, legal, acumen and business judgement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
