Essential Qualification and Experience

• LLB/ LLM degree from a recognized University/ National Institute.

• Enrolled with any State Bar Council to practice as an advocate.

• Possesses at least three years of experience in handling court cases in the Tribunal or High Court/ Supreme Court.

• At least one year’s experience in Government Offices in dealing with Writ Petitions/ Public Interest Litigations and other court cases.

• Conversant with Heritage Laws in India: All Central and State Acts, Rules, Bye-laws, Notifications and Citations especially AMASR Act, 1958 (Amendment and Validation, 2010).

• Should have knowledge of the use of MS Office and other computer Applications.

• Knowledge about e-office and MS Office.
