• Graduate with Post Graduate Management Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management / Administration and or Law.
• Minimum 15 years experience in General Administration, Recruitment, Industrial / Staff Relations, Disciplinary / Vigilance matters / Courts Cases / RTI etc., preferably in a hospital setup.
