Job Description:
- Representation before various tribunals, courts and High Courts (chief and cross-examination; arguments) includes client meetings/briefings.
- Legal Research;
- Preparation of notices, replies, drafting of pleadings/applications, in various tribunals and courts /written statement, counters, written arguments etc.
Specifications:
- Age: Below 60
- Experience: 10+ years 'trial/other courts' with 3 to 4 years NCLT (IBC) experience.
- Salary: 80K – 150K PM + perks
- Full-time exclusive availability
- Languages Proficiency: English and Tamil
- Use of Computer – Self-work.
- To be based in Chennai but to travel to outstation for hearings, client meetings etc. whenever required
