Ministry of Indian Railway, Government of India invites application for the post of Registrar in Railway Claims Tribunal (RCT), Delhi Bench on transfer on deputation/transfer basis.
Name of the Post: Registrar
Essential Qualification and Experience
Officers of the Central (including Railway)/State Government, High Courts
(i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis
(ii) With 3 years regular service in pay scale of Rs. 14,300-400-18,300/- (pre-revised as per 5th CPC) [corresponding level 14 of 7th CPC pay matrix)
(iii) Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent; and
(iv) 10 years experience in Court procedure, Commercial/Railways Claims matters including administration experience at Gr. "A" Level
