University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University invites applications for the post of Research Assistant/Field Investigator under the project “Measuring the spatial dynamics of women’s safety in public areas in Metropolitan cities: A Safety Audits Analysis of Rajasthan” sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Education, New Delhi, to carry out the research work including literature review, report writing, tool construction, data collection, analysis, etc.

Remuneration:

Research Assistant: Rs. 16,000/-

Filed Investigator: Rs. 15,000/-

Location: Research Assistant/Field Investigator has to report at the campus of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The Study area includes- Jaipur, Jodhpur and Kota (Rajasthan) (necessitating occasional travel for field study).

Essential Qualification and Experience

Research Assistant

• Post Graduate in any social science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks

• Desirable Qualification- Research experience, knowledge of statistical tools, computer skills, and expertise in data collection from the field.

Filed Investigator

• Post Graduate in any social science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.

• Desirable Qualification- Research experience, knowledge of statistical tools, computer skills, and expertise in data collection from the field.
