Name of the Post: Legal Manager (Two Wheeler Finance)

Location: Bangalore

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Graduate degree in Law, as regular full time student, from a recognized university. Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Law shall be given preference.
• Experience in finance industry, preferably in banking and finance sector, with a proven track record.
• Proven track record of adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing the banking legal documents like loan, security, assignment, securitization, other Finance related Documents etc. and providing ongoing support to business teams

• Review and provide legal advice to the business teams with respect to the documentation.

• Able to manage complete legal documentations with respect to banking transactions.

• Understand the products proposed by business teams and advise on the legal framework applicable to such products;

• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken;

• Reviewing finance facility agreements and related documents.

• Conduct due diligence of properties which the company intends to take mortgage.

• Provide legal advice or opinion on matters and issues.

• To provide opinion on Title Search Reports of Immovable Properties.
