Essential Qualification and Experience

· Candidate should have a relevant degree as per the roles & responsibilities along with 8-14 years of post-qualification experience.

· Skills: Litigation Management; Contract Management.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Litigation – Consumer; Property; Recovery etc.

· External Lawyers – Co-ordination with external counsels

· Case Management – Management Reporting; Feedback from concerned business teams etc.,

· Contract Management - Drafting; Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts.

· Should be well versed in laws and regulations and should be able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, preferably Sales and Marketing issues of manufacturing company.

· Should be self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities.

· Should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently.

· Should be hard working and willing to travel on short notice.

· Should be ready and willing to relocate to any part in India, if required

· Experience in Automotive sector as in house counsel is preferable
