Essential Qualification and Experience
- Graduate degree in Law, as regular full time student, from a recognized university. Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Law shall be given preference.
- Experience in finance industry, preferably in banking and finance sector, with a proven track record.
- Proven track record of adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reviewing finance facility agreements and related documents.
- Conduct due diligence of properties which the company intends to take mortgage.
- Provide legal advice or opinion on matters and issues.
- To provide opinion on Title Search Reports of Immovable Properties.
