Remuneration: Rs. 60,000 (consolidated) with Annual Increment @5%
Essential Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Law with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage NCW cases in courts; draft pleadings; attend hearings; coordinate with Government Counsels; ensure timely filings.
- Preparing comments on draft Bills, policies, and government initiatives referred to the Commission for opinion.
- Conducting research and drafting for law reviews and thematic studies as per NCW's mandate.
- Provide legal opinions; draft/vet MoUs and agreements.
- Liaise with universities, experts, NGOs, and assist in consultations and legal awareness programmes.
- Valuating and revising reports submitted by partner institutions.
