- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Building trust with internal teams, including procurement, sales, finance, and HR.
- Negotiation Skills: Balancing legal protection with commercial flexibility during contract negotiations.
- Clear Legal Communication: Translating complex legal language into understandable terms for non-legal stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Critical for reviewing contracts and identifying potential risks or inconsistencies.
- Adaptability & Agility: Navigating changing business environments, priorities, and legal landscapes.
- Upholding ethical standards and acting as a trusted advisor to the business.
- Provide day-to-day legal assistance to global commercial and procurement legal teams. Support business and user teams in finalizing legal documentation such as restructuring documents, contract amendments, and vendor/customer agreements.
