Essential Qualification and Experience
- Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary. Law Graduate will be an added advantage.
- Total 8 to 10 years PQE (relevant Banking and Financial industry PQE should be at least 5 years).
- Should have worked for reputed Banks/Financial Institutions with diverse fields of business interests.
- Excellent analytical & communication skills, clarity of thoughts and perseverance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify lapses in business and operation functions of BFL for both legal and compliance related issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the relevant legal and regulatory requirements are well understood and are reflected in the relevant documentation and internal procedures and processes.
- Review all standard Documentation from time to time and address any deficiencies in the same.
- Responsible for audit planning, execution & reporting.
- Provide practical & value-added solutions to issues identified.
- Abreast oneself on changes in laws and regulations from time to time.
- Work on complaints and disputes and take up with respective teams for resolution when required.
- Travel at short notice on the work and support the growth environment of the Company.
