Essential Qualification and Experience
Candidate should be from any of the following fields:
- Teachers (including retired)
- Retired state employees and senior citizens
- M.S.W. students and teachers
- Anganwadi workers
- Doctors
- Students/Law students (until they enter advocacy)
- Members of non-governmental organizations/clubs who are not connected to politics
- Members of women's organizations, members of women's self-help groups
- Educated prisoners with good behavior who have provided services in jail for a long time
