Essential Qualification and Experience

• Doctor, Teacher (Retired)

• Government servants and senior citizens (retired).

• MSW students and teachers.

• Anganwadi worker.

• Member of the bisexual community.

• Law Students (unless they are registered as advocates).

• Representatives and workers of voluntary organizations.

• Members of women's organizations, friendship organizations and other service groups.

• Educated prisoners who are of good behaviour and are serving long term sentences in jail.

• Especially talented players and outstanding artists.

• An extraordinary and talented person who has demonstrated remarkable skill in any field.

• Any other person whom the district authority may deem fit.
