Essential Qualification and Experience

• Minimum Matric pass. Preference is given to senior citizens, retired persons, postgraduates, graduates, law students, MSW diploma holders, and those with computer knowledge. Members of women neighborhood groups, Maitri Sangh & other self-help groups, non-political social service organizations, Anganwadi workers, and ASHA workers are also preferred.
• Candidates who can devote sufficient time for tasks assigned by District Legal Services Authority. Educated persons of good character who have served long imprisonment in jail are also considered.
• Desirable: Preference to applicants from remote rural areas distant from tehsil headquarters. Individuals with a strong desire for social service.
