Essential Qualification and Experience

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.

· Licensed attorney in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where Cisco does business.

· 10+ years of relevant in-house legal and/or law firm experience.

· Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of telecommunications regulations and familiarity with lawful intercept laws.

· Strong experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop, deliver, and guide effective, efficient regulatory compliance strategies and programs.

· Excellent presentation and written communication skills to both business and legal audiences.

· Experience working with regulatory bodies and industry groups.

· Experience working in a large technology or telecommunications company or similar industry.

· Experience exploring AI applications to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to predict and mitigate compliance risks.
