Essential Qualification and Experience
• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Serving/Retired Officers of the Central/State Government or PSU under State/ Central Government or quasi-judicial/statutory bodies on the analogous post in the scale of Rs. 123100-209600 on regular basis; Or
• Minimum 6 years of experience of working in the Central/State Government or PSU under State/ Central Government or quasi-judicial/ statutory bodies on the analogous post in the scale of Rs. 83600-203100;
• Or Minimum 12 years' experience of handling Legal/quasi-judicial/ statutory matters.
• Nature of Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience relating to electricity, laws/Regulations including proceedings, petitions pleadings, listing of the case laws, drafting statutes legislation/Regulations.
