Essential Qualification and Experience

· Officials working under Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or Subordinate Courts or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits: (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) post in the Level-5 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 29200-92300) with 5 years regular service in the grade, and (b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: (i) Degree of a recognised University; and (ii) Having 2 years' experience in personnel, administrative or judicial work.

· Desirable: Degree in Law.
