Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Commerce, Law, Management, or a related field.

• Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management / Contract Law / MBA is preferred.

• Certification in procurement or contract management (e.g., CIPS, PMP) is preferred.

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in the public sector, large-scale government projects, or development programs.

• Deep understanding of public procurement, GFR, e-procurement systems, and public procurement best practices including procurement processes in externally aided /World Bank funded projects.

• Proven track record of managing high-value, complex contracts (IT, consulting, and infrastructure).
