Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities.
• Candidate should have 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
• Degree in Law will be an added advantage (Desirable).
